Refund Policy

At NuageCX Consulting Pvt Ltd, we provide Cyber Security Bootcamps, training programs, and IT consulting services including Zoho implementation and cybersecurity solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1. Refund Policy for Training Programs (Bootcamps & Webinars)

All payments made for:

  • Cyber Security Bootcamps
  • Workshops
  • Webinars
  • Training Programs

are non-refundable.

Once a participant registers and completes the payment:

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation, non-attendance, or change of mind
  • No refunds due to lack of technical understanding or unmet expectations

2. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling (Training)

Participants may request:

  • Transfer to another batch, OR
  • Transfer enrollment to another person

Conditions:

  • Request must be made at least 48 hours before the start date
  • Subject to approval by NuageCX

3. Refund Policy for IT Consulting Services

This applies to services such as:

  • Zoho implementation
  • Cybersecurity consulting
  • Penetration testing
  • API/Web application security
  • GRC consulting

a) Advance Payments

All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

b) Milestone-Based Projects

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • If the project is terminated midway:
    • Client must pay for work completed up to that point
    • No refund will be issued for completed work

c) Project Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels after project initiation:

  • No refund of advance payment
  • Additional charges may apply for completed work

4. Cancellation by NuageCX

If NuageCX cancels:

  • Training Program → Full refund OR reschedule option
  • Consulting Project → Refund for unused portion only (if applicable)

5. Technical & External Factors

NuageCX is not responsible for:

  • Internet issues
  • Third-party platform failures
  • Client-side delays or dependencies

No refunds will be issued for such cases.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds (if any) will be considered only in exceptional situations and are subject to:

  • Internal review
  • Approval by NuageCX management
