Cancellation Policy

At NuageCX Consulting Pvt Ltd, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services, including training programs and IT consulting. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling registrations and services.

1. Cancellation Policy for Training Programs (Bootcamps & Webinars)

a) By Participants

  • Once registered, participants cannot cancel their enrollment
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after payment

However:

  • Participants may request batch rescheduling or seat transfer (as per eligibility)

b) Rescheduling Option

  • Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the program start date
  • Subject to approval and availability in future batches

c) No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to attend the session:

  • It will be considered a no-show
  • No rescheduling or cancellation will be allowed

2. Cancellation Policy for IT Consulting Services

This applies to:

  • Zoho implementation
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Penetration testing
  • GRC consulting

a) By Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Before Project Start:

  • Cancellation is allowed
  • Advance payment may be partially retained for administrative/planning efforts

After Project Start:

  • Cancellation is not allowed without charges
  • Client must pay for:
    • Work completed
    • Resources allocated
  • Advance payment is non-refundable

b) Project Hold / Delay by Client

If the client puts the project on hold:

NuageCX reserves the right to:

  • Reallocate resources
  • Revise timelines and pricing upon restart

c) By NuageCX

NuageCX reserves the right to cancel a project if:

  • Client fails to provide required inputs
  • Payment delays occur
  • Scope is altered beyond agreed terms

In such cases:

  • Work completed will be billed
  • Remaining work may be cancelled without liability

3. Force Majeure

NuageCX shall not be liable for cancellations due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical outages
